Thick Rope Exercises For Baseball Position Players and Pitchers

 

Here are a few great thick rope exercises for baseball players and pitchers.  The thick rope is a great tool for training athletes like baseball players and pitchers, not only for the stability and full body workout you get from it, but also the cardio aspect.  You can do a number of exercises with the thick ropes like drummers or waves, double arm slams, over unders, jumping jacks, circles in, circles out, and side plank slams.  There are many exercises you can do with the thick ropes, but that was just a few you saw there in the video.  I plan to make another video on thick rope exercises for baseball players and pitchers in the near future, that goes through a whole thick rope workout.  Stay tuned for that.
