Squat Technique

Squatting is one of the most important exercises a baseball player can do.  The squat helps build strong legs, a stable core, and endurance to last all game.

The hardest thing about the squat is the technique involved in them.  The squat is a tough lift and if your mechanics are off you can hurt yourself or just not get the full potential out of the workout.

The proper squat technique requires the baseball player to go to parallel.  This makes the exercise tougher to perform and it also makes the technique tougher to repeat.

A few things to remember when it comes to squatting technique:
