Pitching Drills - The Broomstick Curveball / Slider Pitching Drill

The broomstick drill is a great pitching drill to work on your curveball or slider.  As you will see in the video, all you need to do for this pitching drill is to focus on getting over the broomstick and following it down.  This will ensure that the pitcher is getting his elbow up and not dropping or hooking it.  It will also help the pitcher focus on following through by following the broomstick down and out of the zone.  To consistently throw a successful breaking pitch, the elbow should be up and the pitcher should be on top of the baseball.  The broomstick curveball slider pitching drill is a great pitching drill that can help you do this.  Try it out and let me know what you think.
