Pitching Alignment

Do you know that if you are one inch off with your stride foot it can create a ball at over 20 inches away from your oringinal pitch? If you are having trouble throwing strikes, check your pitching alignment.  You can do this by drawing a straight line in the clay where your stride foot should land.

Check your front foot after you throw the pitch because if you worry about it too much before, you will lose concentration else where.

Keep your pitching alignment straight by driving directly toward home plate.  You will be amazed at how much more consistent you are at throwing strikes by just mastering your pitching alignment.  Good Luck out there guys!
