I am a sucker for motivational videos and anything that stirs up your emotion and pushes you to succeed.  For this section of the website I plan to add motivational quotes, videos, speeches, etc, on a consistent basis.

With that being said, I also believe that we must be conditioned as athletes to strive for success.  There was a whole season where my roomates and I would play the training scene in Rocky III everyday when we woke up.  It got us motivated for the workout, practice, or game that we had that day and made us better players because of it.

So, my suggestion is that you make this page your default homepage in your internet browser.  This way, everytime you get on the computer, there will be something to motivate you, something that will make you a better player, or better person.
