Pitching Trick - How To - Legal Stick em for Pitchers

Here's a little pitching secret or pitching trick for you pitchers out there. If you mix a little bit of sun block with a little bit of rosin, you create stick em. Now some may think that this is not cheating because it came from two things that we are allowed to use as pitchers, however I warn you that you will probably be ejected from the game because of this little pitching secret trick.

All you do is rub a little sun block on your glove hand wrist and then hit the rosin bag right over top of it. You'll see it turn to stick em and get really sticky.
