"The Rotater" is a commodity to all baseball players! After I had surgery, The Rotater was the main factor in regaining my flexibility. I wish I would have had The Rotater before I had shoulder surgery, just to be able to stretch by myself before and after pitching. I recommend this product for all pitchers and even position players. You can't take your trainers home with you to stretch at night, but you can take The Rotater!
