Another Baseball Workout - You Go Pro Ups
You Go Pro Ups or YouGoProUps are your traditional burpee with a push up added at the bottom and a pull up at 10ft added to the top. The traditional burpee is, starting from a standing position, you squat thrust into a push up position. Then you bring your legs back up under your body into a squat position and jump with a clap in the air. You Go Pro Ups are a little different because we are adding a push up at the bottom, so when our legs are extended, we do a push up and then bring our legs back up underneath us to get ready to jump. We also add a jump into a pull up at the top instead of just a jump and clap. A pull up bar (or basketball rim) at 10ft or higher is what makes it a "You Go Pro Up" "YouGoProUps". Once you jump up to grab the rim or bar, you must then complete a pull up. After landing repeat as many You Go Pro Ups as you can for a great, quick, and fun full body baseball workout!
